I need a count for supplies and names and birth years so I can make these kits special....in order to do this I need to have a cutoff date....so if you are still thinking of signing up..... this date will be important for you.....
No more free kits offered after April 15th...

“Serenity Harbor Sampler”
Block Of The Month Cross Stitch Club

I would like to invite you to join me in stitching this special sampler.
I have been designing this piece since 2011 and I have finally finished it. Instead of waiting for another year or two for me to stitch the sampler I have decided to release it as a monthly project. I am offering it to you in 12 sections that will be released on the 3rd of every month for a year starting in January 2015.

The cost of this project will be $6.00 per month for 12 months = $72.00
For the people that have signed up for the year I  have a special FREE Needle Book/Project  KIT that I will be working on. It will be personalized with your first name and the year of your birth. You will also be able to choose from Aida cloth or linen for your KIT. With plenty of time until Dec 2015 I will be able to add more goodies to this project. I am excited for this Needle/Project Book, I have some creative ideas. As the year goes on I can give you peeks with the progress of this special KIT.

You will  be invited to post on the blog “Serenity Harbor Sampler"  Group.  I will give you access to this blog so you will be able to add your own post regarding the work on your sampler, such as your fabric choice, fibers, and different stitches you might be using.  I would also recommend if you have your own blog that you link your post back to your blog. I am sure we would all love to see the progress and photos.

You will be billed $6.00 every month by Paypal. If you do not like to use Paypal email me and we can work something else out but Paypal is my preference.
As soon as I receive payment a PDF file will be emailed to you, you will print the chart from home.
The total stitch count for this sampler is 560 x 173
The stitch count for each month will be 173 wide x 47 high. I will print it on 2 pages making the design large to see.  Also included will be a color computer image for that month’s section.
The only other time that there will be a charge will be for the actual shipping charge for the FREE Personalized Kit in Dec 2015.

What is needed to join:
Your name:
Your email address for correspondence and if you have a different email for Paypal.
If you have a blog that would be great to know that too.
I will gather the other information for the FREE Personalized Kit later in the year.

If you choose to join later in the year you will be able to join at that time and continue with the once a month charts but you will have to catch up to that point with the purchase of the previous months charts.

I am working on the information that you will need for the sampler such as the fiber choices. Since my design is a computer image things like overdyed fibers do not show up. I will give you the suggestions that I choose from the DMC palette and tell you what they are for, Ex. Grass, tree, tree leaves, water, flowers.etc... You can choose to use my suggestions or truly make this your own and choose other colors and fibers.
I should have this information ready by Nov 15th the latest.
When you sign up I will email this info to you at that time. After you send me your email that says you would like to join I will send you back a replay to make sure we have all of the information and add you to the blog.
I am excited to do this project with you and to hear from you soon.
sending you peace
donna
